So, believe Tara Reade or not, but please don& #39;t erase the seriousness of what she may have done. If she misrepresented her credentials in order to be an expert witness, she has potentially committed harm against both victims & defendants.

The multiple cases for which Reade testified as an expert witness are now under review. This raises Q& #39;s of whether her testimony influenced guilty verdicts. It& #39;s possible her testimony led to innocent people being convicted. It& #39;s also possible that guilty people will go free.

Either way, it& #39;s undeniably true that victims of crime will have to relive some of the original experience. At the very least, they have likely been contacted & informed that the verdicts for the crimes committed against them may be in doubt.

This is really not great.
