Just now, was the first time I considered asking if I could skip the hour long queue as a key-worker before my nightshift... I& #39;ve been working shifts all week, I& #39;m now on nights over what will be a very busy BH and I haven& #39;t had time to food shop...

When I politely asked staff if I would be able to skip the line due to this I was refused as they only allow that on certain days. Now I have to go all weekend working without a decent meal.
