Rice’s name isn’t on any of the unmasking requests @CBS_Herridge released because the requests were not technically HERS.
That is how she could state, without lying, this: “She said she never sought to unmask the names of Trump associates in intelligence reports "for any political purposes" or spying purposes.”
The emphasis is on HERSELF as the one whose name is there. It’s not her. It’s a different party, possibly POWER.
