Fry curry leaves, hibiscus leaves, betel leaves, methi leaves(or seeds), lime leaves in 1-2 spoons of coconut oil until somewhat crisp. Grind this to a coarse powder.
Mix it in 500-600ml of good coconut oil in a Kadai. Keep on the lowest heat for 30min. #kitchengarden

Look at that lovely green colour after 30 mins of simmering
Passing this through a sieve
Squeeze out all the oil with the back of a ladle and then with your hands until you get a fairly dry residue
Save in a glass bottle :) Now to apply this every few days in this socially distanced life.
