Call 1: Phone menu, call drops.
Call 2: Phone menu. Office 8A-8P ET. Call back then. (It& #39;s 5:30).
Web chat: You have to call.
Call 3: Phone menu. Loop.
Call 4 (to main Suntrust #, instead of mortgage): Let me transfer you... Me: NOOOOOOO! Please send me to someone direct. Connected, bypass auto system. Call drops.
Call 5: Please don& #39;t transfer me. Please call yourself. Agent comes back. Sorry, they close at 6 now.
Me: It& #39;s 5:58.
All I want is simple info on *where to send a form*.

Can& #39;t be on the website, according to web agent, because of "licensing agreements." Can& #39;t talk to anyone at Suntrust who doesn& #39;t work in Mortgage.

Mortgage is open until 8, except it closes at 6, and also before 5:30.
