please twitter help me. Where are the good women-led youtube channels on game design? I love watching them but I can& #39;t take listening to another guy talk about game design

Every time I watch one of these videos I get excited about design and then realize it& #39;s just too close to every experience I& #39;ve had being talked to at a convention and my eyes glaze over.
