Police say Pusey filmed the scene for approximately three minutes and eight seconds. It& #39;s alleged he zoomed in on different parts of the scene and made derogatory remarks throughout the video.

Court told Pusey had a device called a ‘blinder’ installed on his car. It ‘jams’ police signals and stops its speed being detected. Lawyer says: that car is gone and won’t be seen for a while. Informant: yes, but he has another high powered Porsche in the garage. @7NewsMelbourne
