Ok people, what is the source for this "fact" that Windsor is the "fourth most diverse community in Canada"?

I& #39;ve seen it for years now, so is it just always true, year after year? And what& #39;s the measure for "diversity"? Immigrants? Visible minorities?

So a quick google tells me the @TheWindsorStar has been saying it since *2013*. Also: the mayor, ex dev, the university (!), etc. No sign of attribution though....

Is this like a local lore thing? Repeated so often no one questions it??
Not saying it& #39;s not true....but I do have a hard time believing that Windsor has been the fourth most diverse community in all of Canada for 7 years straight. And that it would clock in ahead of cities like Mississauga, Brampton, or Markham, never mind some cities in BC...
In any case, all of this is a bit of a diversion...going back to the original tweet I quoted, regardless of where Windsor may rank on some master list of Canadian diversity, this town is pretty racist. And this is the Windsor *I* have come to know.
