My husband has never seen Twin Peaks and it& #39;s been a long time for me so we& #39;re watching now. We just finished ep 9 of season 2 and before we get into the part everyone hated, but I remember actually enjoying, I have some observations/hot takes. (Thread w/possible spoilers)
Hot take:
Donna Hayward is a garbage human.
She& #39;s selfish and entitled and makes Laura& #39;s death all about her. Not to mention she& #39;s directly responsible for the death of at least one character and has no issue putting her friends in harm& #39;s way for her schemes. Eff Donna.

James isn& #39;t really any better. Also, I haven& #39;t seen Twilight, but is Jacob basically a direct ripoff of James or is the misunderstood sensitive boy on a bike with spikey floof hair and pouty lips from the Pacific NW a timeless icon I wasn& #39;t aware of?
Mind blowing observation: When filming began, Jack Nance (Pete Martell) was the same age I am now. Damn.
I remember not liking Shelly, but upon rewatching, her character is sadly, probably one of the most realistic and hardest to watch.
David Lynch as Gordon Cole is still delightfully kooky and since I still have a soft spot for cranky-pants characters, Albert is also a delight.
