I REALLY don& #39;t understand why Johnson didn& #39;t announce the changes to lockdown measures BEFORE the sunny four day Bank Holiday? It& #39;s not rocket science. Why does he continue to say nothing, even though people are breaking lockdown? It& #39;s utterly reckless and irresponsible.

Um... Just found out it& #39;s NOT a four day bank holiday. Monday isn& #39;t a bank holiday. Dunno why I assumed it was. But anyway :)
