Decided to finally join the baking-bread-in-lockdown crowd. But the dry yeast I had was long expired. So had to buy new one. At two large stores nearby, out of stock!!! Imagine that. Yeast out of stock! Guess my neighbors are really into lockdown bread baking.

P.S. the expiry date on the yeast in my pantry isn& #39;t a few weeks or months. It& #39;s 2015!
