This morning& #39;s Canada forecasts show a lot of good news and some setbacks. The East looks good: NB and NFLD are consolidating, with R firmly below 1. NS is < 1 for the first time.
In central Canada, both Quebec and Ontario now have R at 1 after a brief resurgence.
