I am hoping that when the next president comes in November that Congress does something about racial and sexual harassment in Academia. Too many people are forced out of the Academy because universities, healthcare and the NIH, NSF allows this to happen.
NASEM has failed too. Please ensure that the next president replaces the current NIH Director (Dr. Francis Collins) and Betsy Devos positions ASAP because too many trainees have been harmed by these two individuals because of their negligence.

Most women that have reached out to Dr. Collins for help after being sexually harassed in Academia he has refused to help.
