I microdosed [.2 - .5g] of psilocybin (magic mushrooms) once a day every day, for the past 3 weeks.

Here is a thread of some effects I’ve experienced:

- a deep sense of peace & happiness
- more confidence (not worried about other people’s opinions of my actions) https://twitter.com/drbronner/status/1253736732530364416">https://twitter.com/drbronner...
- connected with nature and appreciated it more
- had more motivation than EVER to get work done
- creativity increased dramatically
- experienced some moments of what felt like pure bliss at times
- made better, more genuine connections with people
A friend of mine did the same thing and he’s always had a cigarette smoking habit. He ended up quitting and hasn’t smoked since.

- even coming across some obstacle that would normally ruin my mood and my work progress, i felt i could handle with ease and thought it was exciting
- felt more connected to everyone & everything around me
- during this testing period, I’ve drank the least amount of alcohol in a month than i have for years
- embraced and looked forward to challenges that would normally stop me in my tracks
- had several epiphanies or “aha!” moments that changed a lot of negative thought patterns and this had a lasting effect while not even microdosing
- i felt like this is how everyone should feel normally (like i was blind before but now i can see)
- felt a buzz throughout my body (like a happy ticklish feeling)
- i would wake up at 6am everyday, get some sunlight, go ride a bike, then workout, then get some biz stuff done and it would be 11am and still wanted to do more. I was amazed at all the things i completed.
I swear it honestly felt like i took that pill on limitless. It was amazing.
Some of these effects have minimized but some are lasting even when not microdosing anymore. All positive effects & nothing negative at all. Probably planning to do it again in a few months or so.
Here is someone else’s account of microdosing and you’ll see how it helped others as well. You’ll see some similarities in what i described in this thread.
