These caravans are not commemorating anything. Death is honored solemnly. Slapping flags on a car and weaving through traffic has nothing to do with genocide.
As a community we are failing to deter this behavior. I often feel that we are encouraging it. It makes us all look bad.

So many wrong choices were made leading up to this accident. It’s tragic and should have been prevented. I am prepared for the shortsighted anger that this thread may cause. The Armenian population is already small as it is. We don’t need to lose any more.
