A thread on the #Titans selections of Kristian Fulton ( @Kriss1_) & Darrynton Evans ( @ItzLiveee). I give the Titans an A+ for these picks. I got to have some excellent discussions with both of these players a few weeks ago. Let& #39;s take a deep dive into my impressions of them....
First thing with Fulton, people may question his character after his situation a few Yrs ago. Part of his job in 2019 was to take on a leadership role for @LSUfootball. UNDEFEATED, National Champ. I think he took a HUGE step forward as a mature leader. Something changed in him.
He& #39;s an excellent communicator. LSU STRESSES communication. Going to be a nice fit alongside @KB31_Era, @KennyVaccaro4, @AdoreeKnows, @Mac_BZ and company.
The NFL is a MAN coverage league. If you can& #39;t play press, get outta here. Fulton played press 90% of the time at LSU. Greatness was expected of him on a weekly basis. Believe me, LSU holds their guys accountable.
By the way, he EMBRACES the challenge of playing press man. It& #39;s me against you, may the best man win.
The NFL is very much a match-up league, and LSU consistently tasked him with being able to identify those advantages on tape. Excellent preparation for the NFL.
I came into this interview not knowing if I was gonna bring up his off-the-field situation. I didn& #39;t know if he& #39;d be comfortable. I was VERY IMPRESSED that he decided to bring it up to me. He took the same approach throughout his meetings. Surely this wasn& #39;t lost on NFL teams.
The NFL is a different animal, but going up against that historic LSU O in practice prepared him for the next level like no other NCAA experience can IMO. Chuckled about Burrow tearing them up in practice.

Onto Darrynton Evans ( @ItzLiveee) now. The PERFECT compliment to @KingHenry_2. Ideal outside zone runner. Excellent change-of-direction ability. Incredibly elusive, dynamic & explosive. Such a good, natural receiver. Expect the Titans to use him in the passing game A LOT.
From a two-star recruit to a two-time Sun Belt Championship Game MVP, MVP of the 2019 New Orleans Bowl, two-time All-Sun Belt First Team & Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Year in 2019. He wasn& #39;t interested in discussing the past. Solely focused on the future. I loved that.
How does he describe his running style? Sign me up.
Future @Titans KR/PR? He sure hopes so. They could use one. He& #39;s always looking for the big play. Fits the Titans offensive philosophy so well.
