How much @AlcornStateU is receiving and how much should be allocated toward students

Going off of Alcorn’s student population in Fall 2018 (don’t know this year’s) that would be roughly $800 for each student that would HAVE to be given to us

Rules and guidelines for the funds...that minimum amount HAS to be used for student reimbursement.
