There& #39;s a lot of talk about "if"

"If" isn& #39;t enough legally to justify the shooting. There has to be an actual imminent threat not just one that is presumed.

I understand the human factor na it was a split second call but it was still wrong
I also understand if you see it the other way though.

What constitutes an "actual imminent danger" is a gray area that allows for some debate depending on the circumstances but here i dont think the threat was "actual" or "imminent" enough to justify the shooting.
