1. Open the app, PicsArt, and opened the file/picture that you wanted to edit. In here I will use my beloved muse, Park Chanyeol picture. (Please do updating the app

2. Next, using Cutout to cropping the background of the picture. Choose the profile icon to make it easy and fast for you to cropping tje background. In this picture I deleted the fingers as you can see, sorry Cy
https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😅" title="Smiling face with open mouth and cold sweat" aria-label="Emoji: Smiling face with open mouth and cold sweat"> and make sure to fixing some part to make it looks good.
3. Next for Effects! As you can see at the pictures below, I& #39;m using 3 different effects (you can choose any effect actually) also with the opacity percent. Using 3 different effects and doing it for 3 times
4. Next, this part is to fitting the appearance of your editing. It& #39;s Square fits with 1:1 and white background.
5. Next the & #39;actual& #39; effect is here! Choose AddPhoto > Free Images > Search : drip, as you can see what I choose as my dripping effect on this picture below
https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😗" title="Kissing face" aria-label="Emoji: Kissing face"> adding it and make it fit on your picture > Choose Blend - Lighten , and that& #39;s the result!
6. Actually you can stop at step 5th, but I want adding another object! The step just like step 5th, take care for the object you choose > make it fit as you want > slowly deleting the part that blocking the picture > and save it!
7. This step is just optional of you want to put watermark on your editing (you can doing it in PicsArt too). I& #39;m using App : Phonto, because it have some optional fonts. The font that I used : Roboto-MediumItalic with size : 15pt. Foila! The result at the head of this thread!
