when you can only do the low impact version <3. woke up, listened to some motivational speeches cause why not & then i got started

tmr is a break day so what i did was 1/3 of her workouts today & for abs i did alexis ren& #39;s ab workout instead since her workouts are easier to process and just more common (??) lollll
instead of taking a rest day tmr i& #39;ll just do 3/3 of the workouts of day 4
