The man, a licensed physician who runs a beauty spa, allegedly advertised "COVID-19 treatment packs" and told an FBI agent posing as a customer that it was a "100%" cure.

The included medications, hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin, have been touted by Trump as treatments for COVID-19.
