Lawyers shouldn& #39;t be arrested just because they have "met" with or "talked to" criminals/ those accused of crimes. Are lawyers expected to do background checks before they meet clients? Of course a lawyer can& #39;t aide & abate a crime or cover it up, that& #39;s against the law. But(2/3)
