Do you even have the time to vet all the applicants? Or this is just more red tape and an income generating strategy at a time when the very people soliciting for help are in dire need? SERIOUSLY??

If permit is nothing more than a piece of paper that fee has been paid and NOT an actual guarantee from you that you& #39;ve done due diligence on the applicant (will you even do it, or just issue permit once paid) that they& #39;re not scammers, then what the hell will it be any use for?

Or you guys are just using this in laying the basis to impeach Leni?
