When Canada& #39;s constitution was written, the provinces were given control of healthcare because it wasn& #39;t deemed to be in need of nation-wide control. If this crisis has proven anything, it& #39;s that healthcare should go to feds.

When this crisis is over and things go back to normal, I wonder if it& #39;s time to consider a constitutional amendment strictly on this subject.
