Going with Out of Old Saskatchewan Kitchens as it ponders questions that may prove increasingly relevant
The recipe doesn& #39;t speciflcally say to slag off on mashing your potatoes while the dough rises to enjoy a beer in the sunshine, but it also doesn& #39;t say NOT to
(Mostly just wanted to show off that amazingly garish pint glass from the Santísima Flor de Lúpulo brewery in Oaxaca, Mexico. Remember vacations?)
Onto the filling stage: today we& #39;ll be stuffing our pierogi with potatoes, caramelized onions, sauerkraut and a myriad of existential anxieties
And done. I may not have the old world cred of Svetlana& #39;s Varenyky Emporium up the block but this turned out pretty delicious
