The confusion on non-voters comes because most non-voters elites know are other elites taking dramatic stands for ideological reasons. So it is very political

Yet most non-voters are too detached to care about any of that. For them it isn& #39;t a dramatic political statement

The bulk of non-voters is not someone on twitter with a large following who has edgy views, or someone writing op-eds NYTimes.

It is someone who doesn& #39;t give a flying fuck about politics because politics doesn& #39;t give a flying fuck about them.
