OK, I& #39;m going for it. West African Jollof Rice & I will grill chicken over the BBQ, for the smokey element. Tonight we will celebrate Africa & I& #39;ve never made jollof rice before.
I only had jasmine rice, so it didn& #39;t get as fluffy as it should be. If I had Carolina rice, it would have been fluffy. Oh well! But it& #39;s delicious
