The IMF& #39;s predicted "bounce back" is even more amazing than the OBR& #39;s. Global economy to contract by 3% in 2020, then expand by 6% in 2021. Yes, really. In 2021 there will be TWO YEARS& #39; GROWTH.

Haha. Bloomberg& #39;s chart is fatally undermined by the paragraph that follows it:
"output in both advanced and emerging markets would undershoot their pre-virus trends through 2021, seemingly dashing any lingering hopes of a V-shaped economic rebound from the health emergency."
