I defended Cork the first time but not again. Coincidence or not, a dumb move on her part. . And while I was friends with her, she would note and make fun of EVERY new piece of Cass& #39;s. To say she doesn& #39;t have eyes out and can& #39;t think of what the consequences would be? Come on. https://twitter.com/cassmutt/status/1247238800360628226">https://twitter.com/cassmutt/...
Regardless of the multiple infringements on Cass& #39;s compositions and merch (and maybe others), Cork is just someone I can& #39;t recommend in good faith anymore. She refused or ignored helpful critique unless it came from someone with a few thousand followers.
Take a close look at the white border on her stickers. I literally sent her a video showing her how to do that consistently and evenly. Showed her how to use clipping layers. Give advice about threading a needle/sewing. Absolutely ignored. Just for some EXAMPLES.
And I& #39;m sure she thinks I just ghosted and switched sides, when in actuality I lost respect for her and the way she handles her "business." But I can tell she& #39;s already talking shit about me anyway. And that she& #39;s tried to lift some stuff from my art style.
Mutual commissioners of ours removed my stickers from packs or removed all traces of art I made for them, then block or ghost people who ask what happened to my stickers. You think I& #39;m blind? I& #39;m too dumb to notice? I been quiet for awhile but she& #39;s obviously slandered me as well
Our last convo at all was a small argument of my friends and I telling her if she& #39;d stop stressing over Cass she& #39;d be better off mentally and physically. Say what you want about me Cork but I genuinely cared and wanted to see you grow and thrive as an artist and person.
There was no real falling out from my perspective, I was just tired of it. I& #39;m sorry this thread is so long, I& #39;m upset about the whole thing. Cork can have such a wonderful personality and I wish you& #39;d just make your own path instead of ripping people off out of spite.
