Direct Action is another way; originated as a political activist term for economic and political acts in which the actors use their power (e.g. economic or physical) to directly reach certain goals of interest; voting for a specific law ex: legalizing weed/allowing felons to vote
I know, I know I said I was done with electoral politics for awhile, but this is an option for those that still want to participate and do direct change without pinning your hopes that a candidate picks up your platform and lobbies for it. You can do this state by state fyi.
Don& #39;t waste your energy doing the "lesser of two evils". Saying that you shows your ignorance and the evils people have to endure is never you our your community, so keep that shit to yourself. My communities are broken and have been left with defunct leadership for decades.
