Had a brief window of executive function this morning so I used to to address a few things that have been piling up (quite literally in some cases)
I thought I had issues before, but week three? four? five? of this and I realize that I used to be pretty high functioning back when I only had a dozen things each day that I couldn’t make myself do
Currently what happens most of the time is I start something and then abandon it for something else that seems like it needs to happen NOW, rinse and repeat—even in the middle of sitting down to eat with my family
One of the things on my list that I keep not doing is getting a therapist to help me manage all this sigh
