I& #39;ve been trying to develop the habit of meditating daily for the past year - but I always gave up after about a week.
I& #39;ve seen a lot of people on twitter follow @naval& #39;s method by way of a challenge & I think that& #39;s a good way for me to not drop the ball.
Here goes. 60 mins daily, first thing in the morning for 60 days. Just your thoughts - no resistance.
I& #39;ll tweet after each day in this thread and break down into - before, during & after - covering what I was doing and how I felt. Should make for an interesting read in the end.

Before: Slept late and was very sleepy in the morning. Opened my phone first.

During: Still kind of tired. Oscillating thoughts between personal and professional desires/needs. Couldn& #39;t sit for more than 50 mins.

After: Early days, but happy I at least sat down.
