There is something incredibly messed up about having to file a dispute with a credit card company to stop a recurring charge, simply because the company itself is unable to stop the charge any other way.

If you& #39;re charging my card and sending me statements, and you require someone to log into a portal to change/cancel payment, you should at least give customers a way through an authenticated OTP to get into that page to cancel.
