Governor Cuomo recently signed an agreement to provide eligible NYers with up to 13 additional weeks of UI benefits.

If you have exhausted your benefits but your benefit year has not expired, & you are currently unemployed through no fault of you own, you can now file a claim.

The first week that emergency benefits can be paid is for the week ending April 12, 2020.
