A footnote in the TRO notes that although the order is limited to this particular church& #39;s Easter services, Louisville is on notice that it should not be violating the rights of non-parties.
Judge also finds that the church would also succeed under Kentucky& #39;s RFRA.
The judge closes the decision with an exhortation to treat each other with love.
