I was so shocked ingat I wrongly made a payment. Memang looks like the payment went through.

Anddd suddenly ada no WhatsApp I tanya if I ada wrongly transfer xK to his e-wallet. Sebab dia terkejut suddenly ada that amount masuk. I start to smell something is fishy tapi lagi cuak sebab duit macam dah keluar ya tu kawan-kawan.
I told him let me call maybank first. Tapi dia macam dah gelabah. Saja mintak tolong dia mintak transfer balik and I already set in mind yang kalau dia mintak TAC no. Means dia scam. Kalau nak bank in semula mintak account no. Bukan TAC.
At the same time I dah call Maybank. Tapi gelabah. Weekend pulak. Customer service is not available lah

Pegawai tu guide I satu-satu how to reset and explain that the amount is still dalam my account. It’s happened that dia boleh masuk M2U and create another account for me. Tu ha Maybank 2U premier the hackers buat dekat I. And dia dah transfer that RMXK masuk dalam this account
Lepas tu dia set masuk saving Goal from that second account. Idk if you guys tahu ke tak. Tapi M2U ni dia ada Saving Goal settings. Once you dah masukkan duit tu dalam saving goal, korang takkan nampak balance tu. So gelabah la sebab primary account dah deduct and
Tengok Maybank 2U nampak ni je. Pelik nampak ada that Maybank 2U premier. RM0.00???? So, I dah reset password and removed the Saving Goal from the second account. Any perubahan you nak buat in M2U kena confirmkan dengan TAC. So, basically hackers tu tak berjaya
hide that amount from me. Tadi dia Mintak TAC to release that amount from Saving Goal tu lah. Geram pulak aku!
I dah buat report and buat stronger password. And I would say M2U ada high security. Kena ada a lil bit of awareness je.

Korang pun, kalau jadi macam ni, relax and call bank. And please sebarkan pada ibu bapa kita dikampung. TAC jangan bagi pada sesiapa pun! Memang cuak to see the transaction macam legit went through. Tapi ada reason dia mintak TAC. Kalau tak buat apa dia contact kita.
