i’m not saying don’t eat junk food , you can eat it still just don’t eat too much of it especially oily foods . flush out your body with water after it’s good .
include lots fruits in your diet , lots of water especially with lemon , mint ( the leaf ) , & cucumbers in it . the benefit is it flushes out any bad stuff inside your body . use lots of vegetables too , especially greens .
another important thing is observe what foods throws off your PH balance . i recommend NOT eating asparagus & red meats . i mean every female is different but that’s just what i recommend not to eat
