I don& #39;t get the & #39;Paxson need to 100% go& #39; mentality. If Karnisovas wants him to stay as an adviser then it& #39;s a good move. Pax built a contender here and he& #39;d be an adviser, not making final decisions. But if Karnisovas wants him gone completely, that& #39;s the right move

There are dozens of ripple effects to this hire. The entire front office is getting blown up. It& #39;s a complete culture change and Michael Reinsdorf should be praised for going outside of the family for this. Karnisovas will have 6 months or more before the Bulls play another game

Lastly, I expect very little change to the roster this offseason. There just isn& #39;t much flexibility and with a very uncertain cap situation next season, that& #39;s not a bad thing. Top priority will be evaluating RFA& #39;s Valentine and Dunn. Big chance for roster change comes in 2021
