If people can& #39;t go in to work, they can& #39;t make money to pay their bills. This is especially true for business owners who have to provide insurance, benefits, paid leave etc. to their employees. That costs a lot of money.

Money that doesn& #39;t come in because people aren& #39;t working! Businesses have expenses like rent and utilities too much like working class Americans. If you don& #39;t pay your expenses, you go under. This means you either layoff your employees or go further down the red.
