Every character is most certainly viable and no change made in P+ ruins any character, in my opinion. Only changes that deserve runbacks are changes that break control schemes (CS NAir).

Just because I say it doesn& #39;t ruin characters, doesn& #39;t mean I don& #39;t prefer an old version of a character though. Charizard& #39;s new move still isn& #39;t really my thing, but I don& #39;t think it ruins the character, so I stand by what I said.
