I& #39;ve been comfort eating way too much since this pandemic started. Entire Easter eggs eaten daily and its getting really unhealthy.

Most people do a hard reset for 24 hours. I& #39;m going to see if I can last a week and will record the effects here.
I lasted 1.5 days last time before I caved in to Call of Duty & binged on easter eggs.
Attempt 2 - removed even more distractions. Muted Whatsapp & Messenger groups. Removed PS4 from my room and no chocolate in the house.
Aiming for 5 days this time.

So far so good, quick update during my five-minute break. Doing the Pomodoro technique again too.
On track to putting out 30,000 words in content this week.
Its a total grind but I feel more energized today than i have in a while.
