The thread leaves out a few vital details. Namely, looking it up, Lynch was definitely arrested and charged with multiple counts. However, she plead out.
She plead guilty to the count of indecent exposure, a misdemeanor with a very low penalty. If she they had her for sex offenses in fondling a minor, the notion the prosecutor would let her skate that easily is simply baffling. Prosecutors over-charge all the time...
...and have to modify or drop these charges. This doesn& #39;t make her a & #39;convicted pedophile.& #39; We don& #39;t know the facts since the records are sealed.
I think Beth Lynch is a genuinely despicable human being, a racist and many other things who should be shunned by decent folks, but this thread is promoting misinformation is spreading that she& #39;s a convicted pedophile on flimsy evidence.
Point is, let& #39;s be better than Beth herself.
