Does it strike anyone else that Trump& #39;s going forward plan is pretty much based on the same wishful thinking do nothing strategy of January?

He yammers for two hours a day and has yet to actually present a plan that doesn& #39;t sound like a random thought he had while he was doing his hair.

Just because he& #39;s talking about the problem incessantly now doesn& #39;t mean he& #39;s actually trying to grasp how to solve it.
