Coronavirus has spread to at least 137 long-term care facilities in Washington state, killing 221 people, according to state officials.

There are likely additional facilities with cases that are not on this list, as testing has not been widespread and more cases are being confirmed.

State and local agencies have not yet provided the numbers of cases or deaths associated with each of these facilities.

We& #39;ve updated our story to state DSHS has concluded at least 4/137 facilities were wrongly included on its list.
