For years I& #39;ve used going to the supermarket as an excuse (valid reason) to get out, even for a few minutes. Sometimes I& #39;d sit in a cafe to extend that time.
Cafes are closed to sitters.

I could get a cloth mask, but to have one delivered would mean a level of trust this country has taken away from me (people whose faces I can& #39;t see, in noisy public places where I can& #39;t hear them speak...sensory overload). I don& #39;t have a support system in walking distance.

I know this is probably just a rant and the problem will solve itself, but still. The problems that existed before, with mental illness, depression, abuse and PTSD, did not go away. And I& #39;m really on the internet distracting myself before my trauma brain kicks in.
