Federal employees living in Hanover, VA were offered Aetna Open Access Health insurance in 2020 without notification their location was a black out zone for coverage. They were notified of the non-existence of coverage mid pandemic @ryanmcdougle @MarkWarner @timkaine @GovernorVA

One individual impacted is a 9 year old child who was treated for an unknown respiratory infection that resulted in breathing treatments in late January, early February. Coverage for all treatments has been denied.

Another impacted Virginian is a state employee who received the call all services rendered in and during 2020 would be denied 30 days into quarantine. This isn& #39;t right and action is needed to help Virginians impacted by this coverage blackout.
