What does a Pirates winger have to possess for him to make it at the institution? Skill? Pace? Intelligence? Other? All of the above?

Reason I& #39;m asking is because we& #39;ve seen guys like Mabalane, Ngake, Segolela make it on pace. Memela, Lorch, Pule on speed of thought and pace.

We& #39;ve seen guys like Mayambela, Masina etc struggle to command a position. Then there are tricksters like Mongala, Ngoma who also struggled.
