For the uninitiated, it& #39;s a haggis. I bought it a couple weeks ago at the height of the coronavirus panic buying insanity, since the rest of the chilled meat section had been utterly annihilated. Just as well that I actually LIKE haggis, hey?
Once it& #39;s cooked, I& #39;ll cut it into burger-sized slices and shallow-fry it. There& #39;s a pub in Findhorn I used to stay at when working on the RAF ARCC project that used to serve it like this as part of their sublime haggis burger. Absolutely delish.
Wasn& #39;t quite able to get the haggis into burger-style patties, but goodness me... that smells great.
OMG. SOOOO good. https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🤤" title="Drooling face" aria-label="Emoji: Drooling face">

I have to say, I& #39;m very buoyed up by the amount of haggis love I& #39;m seeing from this thread. My Twitter fam is THE BEST. https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🥰" title="Smiling face with 3 hearts" aria-label="Emoji: Smiling face with 3 hearts">
