Problems with releasing detailed location data:
- Deceptive, b/c people move around
- Some slack off if no cases in their town
- Some flee hotspots to areas with no cases

One issue I can see with city-by-city data is how to characterize the populations in unincorporated areas, from UBC to rural areas or gulf islands. If there was a move to more granular data I& #39;d go regional district level, not by munis.
