Just got off the phone with Apple Support, who told me that there is no replacement program for the display coating issue (AKA delamination) and that I& #39;d have to pay $500 for this 2 year old MacBook to have the display replaced. I& #39;m literally a thousand percent sure that& #39;s wrong

I& #39;ve never paid for a repair from Apple. Not once. Don& #39;t plan on it
